Our athlete students have classes in the morning and training sessions in the afternoon.
Being a vocation school the students have a specially designed timetable so they can participate into local, national and international competitions, training camps and daily training. Regarding the curricula, teachers from Sports High School Bacau work in various areas: Language and literature, Sciences, Humanities, ICT, Physical Education, History, Geography, etc. Even if the timetable is shorter than in national colleges, our athlete students have the same exams – National evaluation and Baccalaureate exam, that is they work harder with their teachers having to deal with the educational context as well as sport performance in the practiced sports.
Regarding the sport fields, our institution has 2 main domains: Football and Swimming/Diving so the staff in our institution teach/train these 2 sports. The students practicing volleyball, handball, wrestling, tennis, boxing, power lifting, judo are trained by coaches at School Sports Clubs financed by the Ministry of Education, in partnership with our institution or other schools.
